Through an innovative pedagogical approach, this role will deliver learning experiences that foster both personal and technical growth among apprentices, ensuring adherence to established methodology and promoting students’ active participation. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver dance classes across multiple genres, ensuring technical and artistic development. * Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the art school’s methodology. * Promote students’ active participation in classes, performances, and artistic events. * Support program promotion and administrative activities. * Ensure proper implementation of training processes. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in office software tools. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Expertise in diverse dance genres including tropical dances, ballroom dancing, creative dance, and Arabic dance. * Lesson plan design and implementation. * Pedagogical methodologies for dance instruction. **Academic Level:** Technical degree in dance performance (SENA), bachelor’s degree in dance education from the University of Antioquia, or completion of at least seven semesters in this undergraduate program. **Experience:** Minimum one year of experience in projects, management, leadership, and creation of choreographic productions. If formal academic qualifications are not held, a minimum of two years’ experience as a dance instructor is required. **Salary:** $21.816 per hour; weekly payment guaranteed for 24 hours. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term hourly contract. **Schedule:** To be agreed upon according to scheduling requirements. **Work Location:** Southwestern Antioquia. **Benefits:** Four extra-legal bonuses totaling 95 additional salary days per year.
