Support and supervise dispatch team activities **Dispatch Support** **Location:** On site \- Barranquilla, Colombia **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (LA Time \-2 hours) **Start Date:** Immediate About the Role We are looking for a **Dispatch Support** to manage transportation and logistics operations, ensuring effective communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in international dispatch operations and a strong customer\-service mindset. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities. * Maintain effective communication with drivers, field personnel, and customers. * Resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries. * Support and supervise dispatch team activities. * Train new employees on dispatch processes and TMS platforms. * Provide customer support regarding shipments, pricing, and service inquiries. * Ensure efficient and accurate freight dispatch operations. **Requirements** * Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree. * Solid English level. * Experience in **international dispatch operations**. * Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). * Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations.
