Position Summary: ESSCALA S.A.S. requires an experienced Construction Supervisor to coordinate and supervise foundation and expansion projects at an industrial plant, ensuring proper execution and compliance with regulations. Work in an operational industrial plant, demonstrating leadership and organization. **ESSCALA S.A.S.** requires a **Construction Supervisor** for the construction project involving **foundation installation using pre-excavated piles and foundation elements for mezzanine expansion at an industrial plant in Barranquilla.** Required Profile * Proven experience as a **Construction Supervisor** in construction projects. * Experience in **foundations, excavations, concrete, and reinforcement steel**. * Desired experience in **piling or deep foundations**. * Ability to interpret structural drawings and monitor activity execution. * Experience managing and coordinating operational personnel and subcontractors. * Knowledge of construction procedures, quality control, and site safety. * Ability to work under spatial, access, height, and operational constraints typical of an **operational industrial plant**. * Strong leadership, organizational skills, accountability, and follow-up capability. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily site activities. * Verify proper execution of excavations, piles, reinforcement steel, concrete, footings, and foundation beams. * Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities. * Monitor productivity and project progress. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures. * Support quality control and preparation of site records. * Maintain continuous coordination with the Resident Engineer/Project Manager and the SST team. * Promptly report anomalies, interferences, additional quantities, and unforeseen conditions.
