Today, we deliver over 100 services through five digital ecosystems, supporting the operations and evolution of businesses impacting more than 14,000 end users across 14 countries.**General Objective of the Role/Position** Operate the loader to supply raw materials to the Concrete Business Line plant, verify basic quality conditions of the material used, and load finished products, thereby contributing to operational continuity and compliance with specifications of dispatched products.**Responsibilities of the Role/Position** * Visually inspect basic quality conditions of raw materials entering the Concrete Business Line plant to support compliance with defined operational specifications. * Conduct pre-operational inspection of the loader and complete the established form to ensure appropriate operating conditions prior to commencing operations. * Perform basic maintenance on the loader and report identified failures to support its safe and continuous operation within the Concrete Business Line. * Operate the loader according to the procedure defined before the start of the shift to support its proper functioning during operations. * Clean and remove adhered material from the bucket to maintain the equipment in suitable operating and preservation conditions. * Place finished products in the designated storage area according to assigned distribution to support timely handling and loading within the Concrete Business Line. * Load storage tanks in accordance with defined operational conditions to help prevent soil contamination during Concrete Business Line operations. * Indicate the designated location for loading finished products to support orderly and timely dispatch handling. * Supply the hopper with raw materials by loading the dump truck to support continuity of operations at the Concrete Business Line plant. * Clean sedimentation tanks at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and remove debris using authorized vehicles to support order and cleanliness in these areas. * Use assigned personal protective equipment correctly and comply with company-defined personal appearance guidelines to ensure adherence to established standards. * Maintain assigned resources in good condition and use plant or office physical facilities appropriately to support their preservation and availability. * Support training of new personnel when required to support operational continuity and standardization. * Participate in training activities defined for the position to strengthen skills required for operating the Concrete Business Line. * Execute other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support continuity of operations within the Concrete Business Line. **Responsibilities of the Role/Position** **Education** * Level: High School * Training: Occupational Competency in Operating Heavy Machinery/Loader **Technical Knowledge and Certifications** * Basic Mechanics * Loader Operator Certification **Experience Area** * 0 \- 3 years * Area: Heavy Machinery **Languages** English A1**Competencies** **Corporate** * Self-development * Quality of decisions * Values differences * Cultivates innovation **Business Culture** * We Are Problem Solvers * We Are a Winning Team * We Are Drivers of Profitable Growth * We Behave Like Owners **Level of Contribution** * Optimization of work processes * Customer orientation **Role-Specific** * Functional and technical proficiency * Prioritization * Action orientation At Summa, we believe in something powerful: technology is always at the service of people.
