This role supports Medtronic’s clinical operations by developing, testing, and validating clinical data reports and systems used in clinical studies. The Associate Clinical Data Specialist collaborates with cross\-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis, helping improve clinical efficiency and support product development decisions. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Collaborate with internal teams to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection systems and report * Develop and maintain systems to organize, analyze, and report clinical data and trends * Support the design and implementation of clinical protocols and data management processes * Review and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across clinical projects * Prepare and validate reports for clinical trial studies and internal analysis **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Knowledge of or exposure to clinical data management, clinical trials, or healthcare analytic * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with attention to detail * Ability to work with data tools, reporting systems, and databases. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross\-functional teams.
