Efficiently and promptly coordinate the supply and conditioning of all finished products according to forecasts received from our Planning team, complying with quality standards and good manufacturing and distribution practices. Ensure planning, procurement, and availability of all packaging materials and supplies required to perform all conditioning processes and operations at our distribution center. Contribute to achieving Supply Chain Management objectives related to Receipt, Storage, Picking, and Dispatch of Exports, complying with Genfar policies and meeting the needs of our customers and subsidiaries. Proactively identify potential impacts arising from the responsibilities of this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **EXPORT PLANNING:** * Coordinate and monitor, with Quality, International Trade (Comex), Planning, and 3PL Operations teams, the proper flow and execution of activities to fulfill export requirements. + **PLANNING:** Monitor and verify DRP adherence. + **AFFILIATED QUALITY:** Ensure availability of products designated for export. + **INTERNATIONAL TRADE (COMEX):** Supervise forwarder compliance with assigned resources (vehicles, loading crews, safety inspectors) for each operation. + Ensure proper operational flow to meet requirements for launching new operations and markets. Reactivation of **CARD** and **VENEZUELA**. **RECEIPT AND STORAGE:** * Coordinate transfer of finished export products from production plants and CMOs to the Distribution Center. * Ensure timely delivery of packaging materials and supplies from suppliers. * Supervise 3PL’s compliance with Service Agreements, guaranteeing on-time physical and logical receipt of products and materials. **CONDITIONING AND RE-PACKAGING:** * Manage timely supply of materials and conditioning processes to meet forecasts provided by Export Supply Planners. * Quote toll manufacturing processes and required materials. * Issue subcontracting orders for toll manufacturing and/or conditioning services. * Manage procurement of conditioning materials. * Track supplier service commitments regarding delivery timelines, quantities, and quality issues. * Review and validate invoices issued by service and material suppliers. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce operational complexity and minimize costs. **PICKING – PACKING – DISPATCH:** * Ensure the logistics operator complies with picking and packing processes according to timelines agreed upon with the International Trade department. * Ensure supply of export operation materials (pallets, packaging materials, corrugated boxes, tapes, stretch film, strapping) and control consumption of operational supplies. * Manage proper picking and packaging of products designated for export. * Ensure correct loading of various cargo units, focusing on product protection and volumetric optimization. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce operational complexity and minimize costs. **DESTRUCTIONS:** * Control rejected products and materials in the designated area. * Prepare relevant destruction reserves for damaged, rejected, or expired materials and products. * Coordinate with the National Narcotics Fund (FNE) and destruction service providers to schedule destructions of specially controlled products (regulated). * Manage destruction process for rejected products with approved providers, previously coordinated with Security and Affiliated Quality teams. **INVENTORY:** * Guarantee and control inventory levels of packaging materials and supplies (avoid stockouts and overstock). * Ensure execution of cyclical, monthly, and fiscal inventories, managed jointly with the logistics operator and established by the organization. * Request inventory adjustments and ensure timely follow-up. **KPIs AND REPORTING** * Apply tactical and strategic use of information generated in reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Monitor compliance with processes agreed upon with the logistics operator regarding receipt, conditioning, dispatch, inventory, and quality (LOPI). * Generate monthly reports on conditioning management. * Generate monthly inventory reports. **Requirements** **About You** **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Business Administration or Engineering. **EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in distribution. * Coordination and supervision of logistics processes: receipt, storage, inventory, packing, dispatch. * Knowledge of SAP modules MM, WM, SD. * Familiarity with international trade activities: negotiation terms, packaging systems, customs brokers, ISO 28000 standard, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English (Desirable) * Competencies: Communication, working under pressure, positive attitude, assertiveness, planning, continuous improvement, problem-solving **Additional Information** Learn more about the company at Genfar.com
