This opportunity is on-site. **The Role** Wood Colombia is seeking a professional Civil Engineer or related discipline with over 15 years of specific experience in engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector to serve as a Civil Engineer. Always comply with the Company’s Corporate and Local Policies and align with our Corporate Values. * Where required, define/review the scope of the discipline in projects under development, together with the client. * Where necessary, lead project execution teams to ensure delivery of contracted engineering deliverables. * Develop discipline-specific deliverables such as: design bases and criteria, specifications, calculation memoranda, subcontractor inspection plans. * Review survey reports and communicate with Civil Engineers regarding relevant topographic survey data, soil investigations, and hydraulic studies to be used in designs. * Ensure designs comply with national and international codes and standards including NSR-10, RAS, API, ASTM, OSHA regulations, as well as client specifications and sound engineering practices. * Conduct site visits for project monitoring and assurance. Develop field and office work procedures. * Participate in developing technical proposals for engineering projects.
