On our Real Estate team, you can contribute your knowledge and gain the opportunity to deepen your expertise in real estate, contract, and commercial law advisory work. **Requirements:** Law degree holder with 1–2 years of experience in urban law, urban planning, or land regulation. Experience in urban regulatory analysis, urban development instruments, land management for land development processes, and land value capture mechanisms is desirable. **English:** B2 or higher **Responsibilities:** * Support legal advisory services on matters related to urban law, urban planning, and rural regulation, with emphasis on land development and land management instruments. * Analyze and monitor urban regulations, Territorial Ordering Plans (POT), and other applicable planning instruments for real estate and urban projects. * Support the preparation of legal opinions and documents related to land value capture instruments, land development, and land management. * Provide documentary support, legal research, and consultation on urban and regulatory matters. * Monitor clients’ advisory needs and the progress of assigned matters, applying a methodical, execution-oriented approach.
