We are looking for a committed **Production Supervisor**, with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset, to coordinate and oversee production processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily production plan execution. * Coordinate operational and technical staff on-site. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and quality standards. * Identify opportunities for process and production time improvement. * Report management and productivity indicators. * Manage inventories of raw materials and production-related supplies. * Support implementation of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within production plants. * Knowledge of personnel management, management indicators, and safety regulations. * Proficiency in office tools and management software (ERP preferred). * Leadership, assertive communication, and decision-making skills.
