Your Mission Make LobbyPMS one of the most widely used hotel platforms in the region. What You’ll Do Lead, develop, and grow the sales team. Design strategies to increase new customer acquisition. Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities. Optimize the sales process from first contact to closing. Implement metrics and tools to improve team performance. Analyze sales data to improve conversion and growth. Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation. Ensure an excellent experience for hotels adopting LobbyPMS. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has experience leading sales teams. Is highly results-oriented. Possesses strategic and analytical thinking. Enjoys building processes and growing teams. Feels comfortable working with technology and SaaS software. Takes initiative to test new commercial strategies. Ideal Qualifications Experience in B2B sales.
