Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and ambitious apprentice to support maintenance, diagnostic, and optimization activities in a real industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Be Bayer.** **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical failures. * Update area records and inventories. * Participate in process improvement and optimization projects. * Prepare technical reports and documentation. * Apply technical knowledge in a real industrial environment. * Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams. **WHO YOU ARE** * Student pursuing a technical or technological program in the productive stage / internship phase, eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract in electronics, electricity, instrumentation, mechatronics, mechanics, or related fields. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). * Basic automation knowledge, ability to use manuals, and general blueprint reading skills. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Internship with maintenance allowance. * Broad range of development opportunities. * Meal and transportation allowances. * Favorable working conditions and comfortable work environment. * Priority scheduling for academic classes.
