Candidates must hold a technical or technological degree in port operations or logistics, or international trade, and have at least one year of relevant experience. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare client entry and exit staffing reports. * Record EAD calls regarding pending orders due to inventory shortages. * Manage and report shelf-related incidents via telephone and email. * Resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints clearly and promptly.
