Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the verification of cargo and transportation documentation. 2. Controls vehicle and cargo weighing with precision. 3. Maintains control and archiving of operational documentation. A major production company is currently seeking a SCALE ASSISTANT: Responsibilities: Verify incoming cargo and transportation documentation, including: vehicle documents (SOAT, Vehicle Registration Card, Mechanical-Technical Inspection Certificate), driver documents (Driver's License, ID Card), and cargo documents (External Tickets, Internal Orders, etc.). Submit to the entrance gate the list of authorized vehicles and drivers for loading or unloading. Deliver internal loading orders to drivers and inform them of unloading locations and additional weighing charges, as agreed with the client. Weigh all vehicles entering and exiting warehouses—both empty and loaded—while controlling products according to the scheduled plan. Record the full vehicle weight on the scale and enter the captured weight information into the inventory system, in accordance with the cargo storage procedure and cargo handling instructions. Complete all documentation used for weighing control. Conduct weighing controls to monitor consistency with other internal scales. Perform daily scale reconciliation. Verify cargo delivery documents, as stipulated in the cargo storage procedure. Create and archive all operational documentation, properly identifying records by operation and chronological order (sequentially), per the cargo storage procedure and scale handling instructions. Submit to the Operations Coordinator a complete report of incoming cargo and scale discrepancies. Place purchase requisitions in the system (not applicable for multiple warehouses, such as Free Trade Zones). Manage, reconcile, and reimburse petty cash (not applicable for multiple warehouses, such as Free Trade Zones).
