Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments for spare parts procurement. Manage specialized suppliers. Monitor compliance with the maintenance plan. Analyze management indicators and propose improvement actions. Plan production of tools and workshop components. Lead and supervise the maintenance team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technological program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the industrial or metal-mechanical sector.
