OPERATIONAL MANAGER / OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – TELECOMMUNICATIONS A leading telecommunications company requires an Operational Manager / Operations Director for its team — a professional with solid experience in comprehensive operations management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and direction of connectivity projects. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Telecommunications, Project Management, Technology Management, or related areas. Experience Minimum three (3) years of experience leading operations in telecommunications companies. Experience in managing connectivity projects, technological infrastructure, and telecommunications services. Management of multidisciplinary teams, technical staff, and contractors. Main Responsibilities Comprehensively lead daily operations of connectivity and telecommunications projects. Coordinate technical areas, support, maintenance, NOC, and field operations. Supervise compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), response times, and management indicators. Lead and mentor technical staff, supervisors, and operational leaders. Monitor and control critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation. Coordinate management of suppliers and contractors involved in operations. Ensure adherence to schedules, operational targets, and commitments established with clients and the organization. Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize operational processes and service quality. Present management reports, performance indicators, and results to senior leadership.
