Job Summary: We are seeking a dispatch assistant to ensure an efficient process, complying with procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure an efficient and high-quality dispatch process 2. Inspect the quality conditions of vehicles and products 3. Dispatch products following the FIFO system and requirements We're looking for talents like you! We are currently seeking a dispatch assistant with the objective of ensuring an efficient dispatch process while complying with the company's established procedures and quality standards. What will you do with us? 1. Inspect the quality conditions of vehicles prior to loading to ensure they always meet established specifications. 2. Verify that all products loaded meet quality requirements regarding: absence of clumping and good condition of packaging. 3. Dispatch products in accordance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system and load vehicles according to established specifications. 4. Check and verify that quantities and references match those required by picking in the system. 5. Complete the specified dispatch control forms for finished products and exports on the tablet. 6. Perform weight sampling of packages and complete the corresponding weight documentation form when scale discrepancies occur. What are we looking for in you? - Technical degree in Logistics and/or related fields - Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch operations. - Knowledge of storage methods and preservation techniques. - Proficiency in technological tools (tablets) What do we offer?
