Inspect products and point-of-sale stock (expiration dates, quality, cleanliness, and rotation). 3. Submit internal requisitions for supplies and raw materials needed for production according to the production order. 4. Monitor expiration dates and rotation of raw materials. 5. Follow the production schedule prepared by the production leader. 6. Dispose of waste daily. 7. Execute daily and weekly production plans based on production orders. 8. Comply with BPM, hygiene, and safety standards in production areas. 9. Prepare and bake breads according to established technical specifications to ensure margin and profitability. 10. Complete Cleaning and Disinfection Forms. 11. Handle production forms and transfer documentation. 12. Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication, appropriate body language, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. 13. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, processes, and/or procedures established by the company. 14.
