POSITION PURPOSE Lead, execute, and optimize electrical, electromechanical, and industrial automation engineering projects, ensuring technical, regulatory, and financial compliance in accordance with national and international standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design, execution, and supervision of electrical and industrial projects Ensure compliance with RETIE, RETILAP, and NTC 2050 regulations Manage technical teams, contractors, and SST personnel Administer project budgets and financial control Prepare reports, KPIs, and action plans (PMI) Manage RETIE certifications and coordination with grid operators Participate in the technical structuring of commercial proposals Conduct power quality and electrical safety tests Ensure successful on-site project delivery CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Automation Engineering Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred) Key Certifications: RETIE / RETILAP PMI or project management certification (The more certifications, the higher the evaluation) Experience: Minimum 5 verifiable years of experience since professional registration Experience in industrial projects (energy, retail, or mass consumption) Proficiency with tools: Microsoft Project, Power BI, ERP (SAP B1 preferred) Language: English level B1 or higher (preferred) WORKING CONDITIONS Salary: $4,200,000 Contract Type: Project-based or service contract (trust-based) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Work Modality: On-site (field and office) Willingness to Travel: Yes Are you interested?
