




Job Summary: We are seeking a Meat Coordinator to supervise equipment maintenance, cleaning, and GMP compliance in handling meat products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of the meat section 2. Ensuring optimal equipment condition and hygiene 3. Implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) We are looking for a Meat Coordinator. Responsibilities: Conduct inspections to verify temperatures of storage cold rooms and display refrigerators; inspect proper functioning of lights and machinery (slicers, grinders, packers, receiving scales, retail gram scales); report any issues identified to the responsible manager. Maintain display refrigerators at point-of-sale, storage cold rooms, baskets, equipment, and utensils in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and sanitation. Perform weekly controls and follow-ups on the most critical or loss-sensitive products. Perform weekly controls and follow-ups on baskets loaded within the area. Ensure correct application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in receipt, storage, cutting, deboning, slicing, cleaning, organization, labeling, and signage of meat products. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in meat-related areas.
