Main Responsibilities: Receive and verify invoices for goods and services. Validate that information meets requirements for payment processing. Record disbursements in the accounting system. Track payments (rejected, successful). Query transactions on banking platforms. Organize and deliver supporting documents to the archives department. Assist with document management for the treasury department. Requirements: Technical degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in office tools and accounting systems. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
