MINI BACKHOE LOADER OPERATOR • EDUCATION: High school diploma. • TRAINING: Not applicable. • EXPERIENCE: One (01) year in similar positions. • EQUIVALENCE: Not applicable. • SKILLS: Communication, Human Quality, Customer Orientation, Problem Solving, Quality Orientation, Continuous Improvement, Responsibility. FUNCTIONS • Demarcation of the safety zone. • Open-pit excavation, trenching, and digging of wells. • Earth movement and transportation. • Loading of soil and debris into transport vehicles, conveyor belts, containers, machines, crushers, pulverizers, etc. • Backfilling of excavated areas, trenches, and wells with soil. • Site cleaning and leveling. • Demolition work. • Load handling. • Assembly and disassembly of various machine equipment and accessories. • Inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the machine. • Compliance with functions stipulated in current legal regulations on road safety. • Verification that vehicle documentation (SOAT, TECHNOMECHANICAL INSPECTION, PROPERTY REGISTRATION, and other required permits) is valid and complies with current legal regulations. • Completion of form FT-L-38 EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE FAILURE REPORT whenever failures occur in equipment and/or vehicles. • Conducting inspection of required tools and reporting those not in good condition for replacement using form FT-HSEQ-32 PRE-OPERATIONAL INSPECTION OF SMALL TOOLS. • Availability at the assigned location. • Maintaining the equipment in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, appearance, functionality, and preservation. • Recording daily log entries including types of work performed, defects, general machine condition, consumables used, effective working hours, travel hours (empty), and hours spent on repairs and/or maintenance. • Promptly reporting any traffic collision or accident to the appropriate personnel. • Timely request for necessary fuels and lubricants. • Submitting duly completed fuel support documents to the responsible person. • Compliance with procedures and activities related to defensive driving, load handling, and other requirements of the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management System. • Other tasks assigned by the Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator and Storekeeper. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Basic Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
