This opportunity in Barranquilla is for you! · Grupo Éxito in Barranquilla is looking to hire its team of Operational and Sales Assistants. · Mission: Operate the point of sale, serve, sell, restock, register, and package products in accordance with current company standards and procedures, to ensure target achievement and guarantee customer return. · Responsibilities: Register all products for the customer at checkout counters, obtain account information, and process payments using available payment methods to properly charge the customer’s invoice. Perform final cash reconciliation, document verification, and request drawer contents to be promptly sent to the main cash office for proper recording. Package all products for the customer, using appropriate packaging materials according to product size, to ensure the customer carries all items in optimal condition. Inform customers about savings obtained via POS discounts to help create a perception of low prices. Maintain the checkout counter in perfect order, cleanliness, and proper arrangement to provide satisfactory customer experience.
