Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the poultry sector, a professional in agricultural or industrial fields with experience in directing and supervising operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise operations at a poultry production facility. 2. Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols and birds' basic needs. 3. Manage inventory and prepare reports for management. A poultry-sector company requires a Production Supervisor for its team, with a professional background in: Agricultural Engineer. Industrial Engineer. Animal Scientist. Agricultural Administrator. Business Administrator. With 3 to 5 years of experience in directing and supervising operations within the production sector, to perform the following duties: Plan, organize, and control all aspects related to the production facility. Ensure birds receive their basic needs to meet maintenance and production requirements: water, feed, and environment. Verify compliance with the biosecurity standards established for the production facility. Conduct inspections across all workstations in the supervisor's area, verifying completion of assigned tasks. Manage the supply of inputs as well as maintenance-related materials and equipment. Enforce directives issued by senior management. Report any incidents that may disrupt production. Monitor production and feed transportation plans. Train staff, emphasizing consequences of incorrect task execution in production. Record production-related data in designated process forms. Submit purchase requests for materials required for farm operations. Handle advance payment requests, purchase verifications, and petty cash management. Conduct inspections across all workstations in the supervisor's area, verifying completion of assigned tasks. Inventory control. Prepare reports for management. Productivity bonus based on performance. Indefinite-term direct employment contract with the company.
