Customer service and advisory with excellent service Grupo Éxito in the city of Barranquilla requires a Specialized Meat Assistant to join its team. · Requirements: Reside in Barranquilla. Academic Level: Technical degree in Meat Sales and Cutting. 1 year of recent and certified experience. Full-time availability. · Mission: Execute meat cuts as requested by the customer, stock and organize the store's meat section, process, sanitize, and rotate products before display, serve customers by advising them during sales, maintain professional personal appearance, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Clean meat and store it in the cold room using baskets for subsequent rotation. - Prepare meats, a process that includes sanitizing, preparing, packaging, and selecting products according to the presentation specified by the point-of-sale leader. - Organize the cold room to prevent product deterioration and poor presentation, and to facilitate identification, inventory, and stock rotation. - Debone beef or pork according to business and company guidelines, complying with all technical and quality requirements. - Report all merchandise issues detected upon receipt to the Deboning Room Coordinator. - Debone cattle and/or swine according to established specifications and defined scheduling. · We Offer: Salary: 1,900,000 COP – Statutory benefits.
