Job Objective Contribute to the implementation and communication of voluntary standards, legal requirements, and customer requirements across various business units, monitor compliance, and generate evidence to diagnose the implementation status. Candidate Profile Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing, maintaining, or supporting Integrated Management Systems in industrial or manufacturing companies. Knowledge in: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Document management and process standardization. Identification and monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements. Development of procedures, work instructions, and forms. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Additional knowledge in FSSC 22000, BASC, OEA, HSEQ, Power BI, or process modeling is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation and monitoring of legal requirements and management standards. Monitor implementation plans and compliance evidence. Support process standardization and documentation. Develop and update procedures, work instructions, forms, and other IMS documentation. Participate in communication, training, and dissemination activities related to standards. Support improvement and certification projects across various business units.
