Job Description · At Hada International, we are seeking a Technical Development Operator to support the design and development of soaps, molds, dies, structures, and mechanical systems using CAD tools, contributing to continuous improvement of production processes and engineering projects. Main Responsibilities Design and prepare drawings for soaps, dies, and production line formats. Model mechanical metal structures and mechanical systems in 2D and 3D. Develop designs for equipment, mechanical parts, and components improvements. Participate in new line, equipment, and process improvement projects. Support equipment failure analysis and propose improvement solutions. Assemble prototypes, parts, and formats according to the developed designs. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital drawing files. Comply with the Integrated Management System and OSH guidelines. Requirements Minimum Education: Technician in Mechatronic Automation Design and Integration. Desirable: Mechanical Engineering Degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in the industrial sector performing mechanical design and CAD drafting. Desirable: 2 years supporting engineering processes. Knowledge: Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk, or Inventor. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
