Position Summary: A leading automotive company is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead technical teams, supervise workshop operations, and ensure customer service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate the technical team, promoting service excellence and productivity. 2. Supervise workshop operations, ensuring compliance and quality. 3. Foster trust-based relationships with customers and deliver high-level service. A prominent company in the Automotive Sector requires the following position for its workforce: Position: Workshop Manager Working Hours: 44 hours per week – Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 7:15 AM to 5:50 PM Saturday: 7:15 AM to 5:50 PM Salary: COP 2,200,000 plus transportation allowance + performance-based commissions + overtime pay + statutory benefits Work Location: Barranquilla City Main Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the technical team, fostering a culture of service excellence, productivity, and commitment. • Supervise workshop operations, ensuring adherence to processes and work quality. • Monitor management indicators, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement actions. • Control workshop inventory, tools, and resources, ensuring their availability and proper usage. • Coordinate the implementation of corporate programs and policies established by the company and the brand. • Foster trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring timely, transparent, and high-level service.
