Garden and green area maintenance **POSITION INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** Locative Maintenance Technician **Department:** Maintenance **Immediate Supervisor:** Maintenance Coordinator **General Summary:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, including hydraulic systems, local repairs, painting, furniture, and green areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, order, and proper preservation of company spaces. #### **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or student in the final semesters of Maintenance, Construction, Hydraulic Installations, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in manual and electric tools. * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is desirable. * Basic knowledge of finishing work. #### **JOB FUNCTIONS** * Perform maintenance and repair of hydraulic and sanitary systems. * Carry out minor repairs on walls, ceilings, floors, and furniture, ensuring functionality and safety of facilities. * Paint and adapt locative spaces according to company requirements. * Report material, tool, and facility damage needs identified during inspections. * Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness protocols at the workplace. * Maintain cleanliness of common areas in production warehouses and storage facilities. * Perform maintenance of company gardens and green areas, ensuring their proper condition and appearance. Other duties assigned as required by organizational needs.
