Role Description Lead and ensure efficient execution of operational, administrative, and transportation processes within the operation, guaranteeing compliance with logistics planning, management KPIs, customer service standards, and required documentation. Supervise operational and administrative teams, manage resources, audit processes, and ensure contractual compliance with the client through assertive relationship management and a controlled, reliable operation. * Schedule: **rotating shifts**, availability Sunday to Sunday according to operational needs. * **Established shifts:** ✔ 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. ✔ 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ✔ 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. ✔ 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ✔ 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Requirements **Academic background:** * Industrial Engineering or degree in related fields such as logistics and transportation. **Experience:** * 3 years leading teams in areas including: + Transportation + Operations + Planning + Customer Service + Order Management **Knowledge and skills:** * Proficiency in KPIs and reporting (Power BI preferred). * Inventory tracking and receipt/dispatch processes. * Resource management, leadership, and compliance orientation. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel). * Knowledge of WLM, OTM, BlueYonder, and incident-reporting platforms (preferred). * Decision-making ability. * Effective communication and client relationship management. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with operational and resource planning. * Supervise and audit loading, unloading, and documentation processes. * Manage, control, and monitor staff attendance during operations. * Lead reverse logistics processes. * Conduct audits, review established forms, and control inventory. * Ensure proper management of receipt and dispatch activities. * Manage and lead operational and administrative teams. * Monitor productivity KPIs and achieve targets. * Report incidents related to unloading and vehicle disposition. * Maintain daily communication with the client and submit reports. * Ensure timely updates of reports and Power BI dashboards. * Execute Cube management and shift closing in WLM. * Generate and update Work Instructions (WI) for staff.
