This position is for SUPPLA S.A Role Description Ensure control, analysis and continuous improvement of operational process quality through data analysis, indicator management and procedure standardization, contributing to KPI achievement and optimization of operational performance. Requirements * **Academic background:** Professional in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Data Analysis and/or Quality Management. * **Additional training (desirable):** Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as **Power BI, Looker Studio and dashboards**. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience in data analysis, quality, indicator management or continuous improvement. Responsibilities * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and process deviations. * Design, update and manage control panels and management dashboards. * Manage and monitor quality and operational performance KPIs. * Conduct routine trainings related to processes, quality and indicators. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization. * Ensure compliance with quality guidelines established by the operation. * Prepare management and analytical reports to support decision-making.
