Supervise local operation activities, MT/BT network maintenance, and metering maintenance within the assigned area. 2\. Diagnose MT/BT network incidents and determine the quantity and type of resources required to restore normal operation. 3\. Maintain continuous communication with the CLD and report situations or anomalies occurring on the MT/BT network. 4\. Conduct inspections and measurements on the MT/BT network in accordance with preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines. 5\. Provide technical and quality support for local maintenance and operation activities carried out by internal staff or contractors. 6\. Request, deliver, and ensure proper use of materials and tools required for fieldwork. 7\. Provide technical support to internal staff or personnel from contracted companies. 8\. Address internal and external customer complaints related to MT/BT network incidents. 9\. Support commissioning of new installations and collaborate in their energization. 10\. Operate and perform primary maintenance on assigned vehicles. 11\. Prepare reports, technical documentation, and work records within the assigned area, based on the quality management system. 12\. Carry out operational tasks and risk mitigation during emergencies threatening personnel safety and/or infrastructure integrity.
