Role Purpose: Effectively manage telemarketing sales processes by providing clear and timely customer advisory services, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions aligned with the end customer’s products and services—ensuring achievement of defined commercial objectives, quality indicators, and productivity metrics set by operations. Required Academic Level: Technical, technological, or university degree, preferably in administrative, marketing, or related fields. Required Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience. Prior experience in call centers, contact centers, or BPOs will be highly valued. Proficiency in telemarketing sales and closing deals. Full availability.
