What do we need from you? 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 2\. Over 8 years (95 months) of professional experience in civil works supervision, inspection, or residency—especially in foundations of structures and assembly of steel structures. 3\. Age: 32 to 55 years. 4\. Professional-level AutoCAD skills and at least intermediate-level Excel proficiency. 5\. Experience as an independent professional and flexibility to schedule your own activities. 6\. Authorized worker certification (competency certification for working at heights), and/or willingness to obtain such certification; Dit Ingenieros will provide training and supply personal protective equipment for working at heights. Residence in the area (**Doradal or Puerto Triunfo**). What will you do in this role? Supervision of projects for the physical infrastructure sector of telecommunications: \- Ensure compliance with technical specifications according to NSR10, as reflected in drawings, construction procedures, and minimum requirements for the occupational safety and health management system during execution of works. Supervision modality: \- Supervision will be conducted on an itinerant basis, based on Title I of NSR10; accordingly, visit packages will be assigned—minimum one and maximum seven visits per package—depending on the type of project or service to be supervised, as defined in a pre-established price matrix. Quality control: \- Validate regulatory and technical requirements on-site, identify findings, propose solutions, assess work quality, verify personnel suitability, monitor schedule compliance, and complete the site visit logbook describing all observations made during the visit. \- Review required documentation and verify on-site implementation of minimum preventive activities ensuring safety and health at the workplace, using checklists specifically designed for this purpose. \- Each visit requires digital deliverables, including: \- Drawing review minutes. \- Commencement minutes (when applicable) or photographic report in a specific, non-modifiable format demonstrating compliance with drawing specifications, accompanied by detailed technical comments. \- Checklist aligned with the service provided. \- SG_SST validation checklist. Each visit report must be submitted within 24 hours after completion of the visit. SG_SST follow-up on site: \- Execute all deliverables for each visit.
