About the position: As a Facility Manager at CBRE, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance of buildings for facilities, campuses, or portfolios of small to medium-sized buildings (Hard and Soft Services). What you'll do: * Support the selection and hiring processes for new team members. * Schedule and manage daily team activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff. * Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. * Prepare and manage capital projects, operational budgets, and variance reports. * Conduct quality control inspections of facilities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Recommend operational improvements, repairs, and enhancement opportunities. * Oversee vendor relationships and billing procedures. Review quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects. Provide training on maintenance processes, repair procedures, and safety best practices. * Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and others. * Manage multi-site operations. What you need: * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. * Advanced English proficiency (REQUIRED). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Good communication skills, financial knowledge, and safety awareness.
