We seek a candidate with technical, regulatory, and organizational vision, capable of leading quality assurance, management system, and regulatory compliance processes, contributing to the orderly and sustainable growth of the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the laboratory’s technical, sanitary, and regulatory compliance. * Strengthen the quality management system and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Manage technical documentation, traceability, batch release, and audits. * Support the design, development, formulation, and improvement of cosmetic products. * Collaborate with the commercial area and development leader to translate customer needs and market trends into technically viable proposals for the laboratory. * Support the structuring of processes, procedures, and indicators that contribute to the company’s organized growth. * Promote a culture of order, compliance, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
