Academic Qualification: High school diploma. Experience: Experience in production, construction, logistics, agriculture, or heavy labor processes. Requirements: Must reside in Guarne, Marinilla, Rionegro, Santuario, or El Carmen de Viboral. Responsibilities: Operate and control the production process according to instructions. Verify product quality during production. Record production information and report anomalies. Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area. Inspect equipment condition and report malfunctions. Support raw material loading and packaging processes.
