Job Summary: We are seeking a mini backhoe operator to perform excavations, handle materials, and maintain equipment while complying with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mini backhoe operation and safe machinery handling. 2. Excavation and material handling. 3. Preventive maintenance and equipment inspection. A company located in Sonsón is looking for personnel with a minimum of 6 months of experience to join its team as a mini backhoe operator. · Academic qualification: No academic qualification required. · Specific duties: -Conduct excavations on-site according to project specifications. -Move and place soil, rocks, and other materials for site preparation. -Operate the mini backhoe in compliance with safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements. -Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the equipment. -Check oil levels, fluids, filters, and key components essential for machinery operation. · Required knowledge: -License for operating backhoe machinery. -Basic understanding of mini backhoe excavator operation. · Salary: COP 2,600,000 + social benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Contract type: Permanent.
