This position is suitable for someone with 3\-4 years of data analysis experience, specifically who also has experience with contact sourcing and email verification, as well as HubSpot database management tools. **Duties and responsibilities:** 1\. Gathering relevant company contact information, such as email addresses, job titles, and external and URLs (i.e. LinkedIn), for cold outreach and marketing campaigns 2\. Ensuring 100% data quality and accuracy, meticulously verifying the accuracy of the data to ensure that the data can be trusted for further use 3\. Identifying potential leads and prospects; sourcing contact information for those parties 4\. Assistance in the creation of marketing campaign performance reports and supporting analyses 5\. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical tools, and providing ongoing reports on marketing campaign performance 6\. Providing quality analysis and assurance for imported data from various external sources 7\. Alignment of contact sourcing strategies with overall business goals and marketing activities 8\. Clear arrangement of the data in accordance with the demands of various projects 9\. Organizing CRM and contact information data into lists that are tailored to meet the data quality requirements 10\. Periodic reviews and CRM contact database updates to ensure data accuracy and usefulness **Job Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science or related field 2\. At least one year of work experience as a data analyst would be preferred 3\.
