B2B2C Executive
**Role Objective**
Responsible for B2C commercial management for B2B/Mass-market (enterprise) clients within the Fixed-Mobile portfolio in their region, working with the company’s channels to ensure achievement of objectives and KPIs. Conduct analyses to propose and develop initiatives aimed at maximizing growth and market share.
**Required Profile:**
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mass-market and/or consultative sales within the telecommunications, technology, and services sectors, serving both corporate (B2B) clients and end consumers.
Experience implementing commercial strategies, with accountability for processes, procedures, and achievement of commercial KPIs.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn, expand knowledge, apply it practically, and share insights.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Humanities, with knowledge of business processes and commercial management. Proficiency in management tools, customer relationship management systems, and basic office software.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1 Identify and propose B2C commercial opportunities for B2B/Mass-market clients.
2 Manage and ensure adherence to the operational model for servicing target clients, including associated processes, logistics, policies, and guidelines.
3 Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring profitability margins and achievement of sales targets.
4 Ensure end-to-end execution of commercial agreements across all operational dimensions within the region.
5 Implement continuous improvement plans targeting quality assurance and productivity in commercial management.
6 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Trade, Operations) to support commercial management.
7 Define applicable transaction types and empowerment plans at all levels, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and communication.
8 Ensure ongoing knowledge and updates among staff executing the strategy regarding KPIs, product offerings, processes, and the commercial operating model.
9 Monitor budgeted customer service costs assigned to channel operations.
10 Track compliance with agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with partners/suppliers involved in strategy implementation, as well as contractual terms.
11 Implement digital and technological adoption strategies contributing to company objectives.
12 Prepare and present reports, dashboard updates, and operational and financial performance management reports.
13 Perform supervision/auditing of assigned commercial management activities; propose corrective actions and required commercial strategies to meet business goals.
14 Know and apply regulations associated with the processes and procedures in which one participates, as defined by the organization.
15 Guarantee compliance with best practices and applicable legal requirements under the Integrated Management System, oriented toward continuous improvement and operational quality.
16 Participate in the implementation (as required) and compliance with company-established policies and guidelines essential for normal operations and achievement of strategic objectives.
17 Perform any other operational duties within the scope of this role, as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
