




Job Summary: We are seeking a Control M Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, optimize ETL processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Highlights: 1. You definitely don’t want to miss out on the **Control M Developer** role. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows in Control-M. * Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for data integration and transformation from multiple sources. * Integrate and execute scripts or applications developed in Shell Script, Python, Java, etc., within Control-M jobs. * Monitor job and ETL process execution, identifying and resolving incidents or failures in the processes. * Document automated processes and keep technical information up to date. * Collaborate with development, data, and operations teams to ensure proper integration and operation of automated and data processes. * Propose improvements for workflow automation and ETL process optimization. * Participate in follow-up and task planning meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Academic Background** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Years of Experience** * 2–3 years of experience in process automation using Control-M and ETL process development. **Required Technical Skills** * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Control-M: job definition, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. * Experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes (knowledge of tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, etc. is desirable). * Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell Script, Python) and/or programming languages (Java). * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL): queries, stored procedures, and validations. * Experience in batch process integration and task automation. * Linux and Windows operating systems knowledge is desirable. * Agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Confluence) experience is desirable. **Required Soft Skills** * Analytical ability and technical problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across development, data, and operations areas. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational and efficient time-management skills. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
