**Semi-Senior Full-Stack Developer** **Position Purpose** We are seeking a Semi-Senior Full-Stack Developer to develop and maintain the company’s software solutions. This role requires active participation in requirements gathering and analysis with clients and/or internal departments, as well as accurate technical implementation of solutions, working under agile methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop new requirements and perform maintenance on the company’s proprietary applications. * Participate in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and customer needs. * Translate functional requirements into viable, estimated technical solutions. * Work under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), participating in planning, sprints, and ceremonies. * Design and maintain integrations using REST APIs and microservices. * Manage relational databases, ensuring data quality and security. * Support software stability in production and continuous improvement. * Adhere to information security best practices and business continuity principles. **Educational Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields. (**Mandatory**) **Required Experience:** * Minimum **3 years of full-stack software development experience**. * At least **1 year of experience in requirements gathering and analysis**, with responsibility for their technical implementation toward clients. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Languages and Frameworks:** Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular), mobile development (Android/iOS, Ionic). * **Architecture:** Microservices and REST APIs. * **Databases:** PostgreSQL and MySQL. * **Tools:** Git and Jira. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience and/or certification in ISO 27001. * Experience and/or certification in software testing. **Soft Skills** * Assertive communication and ability to build client relationships. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Teamwork, organization, and effective time management. * Adaptability and openness to change. **What We Offer?** Indefinite-term employment contract **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
