Make key technical decisions and lead the implementation of new technologies. Conduct code reviews, mentor, and advise other developers. **Requirements** Primary language: Ruby (Ruby on Rails). Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB). Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab. Web services and APIs: RESTful APIs, GraphQL. Development tools: Docker. Testing: RSpec, Minitest. Continuous integration: Jenkins.
