DESCRIPTION **Responsible for the overall coordination of internal SAP resources within AMS services, ensuring maximum efficiency in consultant utilization and allocation. Continuously monitors team workload, ensuring that any period of underutilization of an FTE or resource is promptly reassigned to another AMS engagement, maintaining optimal productivity levels.** REQUIREMENTS * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with consultants, Service Managers, Staffing, leaders, and management. * Ability to convey instructions, clarify expectations, and provide constructive feedback. * Prioritize multiple simultaneous requests. * Maintain organization across processes, monthly reporting, daily tracking, and changing assignments. * Respond quickly to changes in service demand. * Interpret utilization metrics, productive hours, underutilization trends, and operational patterns. * Propose data-driven adjustments or preventive actions. * React swiftly to unexpected absences, overloads, planning gaps, or time-zone differences. * Make practical and effective decisions during critical moments
