Today, we are looking for our next **Project Analyst**, a key role to strengthen project management, audits, and strategic reporting within the organization. **What will you do in this role?** **Project management and tracking** Monitor work plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Track incidents and coordinate with responsible teams for prompt resolution. **Support for audits and compliance** Prepare and consolidate evidence for internal and external audits. Follow up on findings and commitments arising from regulatory reviews. **KPI and reporting management** Update department KPIs and keep them visible to management. Prepare executive reports and presentations for committees and leadership reviews. **Internal coordination and communication** Act as the liaison between the Product Department and key areas (IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, etc.). Document agreements, decisions, and follow-up tasks from strategic meetings. **Administrative and organizational support** Coordinate administrative requests from the department (budgets, invoicing, specific hires). What we are looking for in you ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, Economics, or related fields. ✅ Experience managing simultaneous projects. ✅ Intermediate English proficiency. **✅ Reside in Bogotá, Colombia.** ✨ Proactive attitude, results-driven mindset, and passion for innovation.
