Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained across all assigned facility areas, complying with quality standards. a. Guarantee and maintain effective cleaning of all work areas and common areas such as hallways, changing rooms, offices, etc., according to the assigned location’s physical layout. b. Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas to control the proliferation of microorganisms or diseases that could affect various food preparations. c. Ensure effective utilization of supplies and materials within the production center by the assigned work team. d. Oversee order and cleanliness across all GCG areas at the assigned location, meeting client-specified requirements for food service as stipulated in the contract for that location. 2\. Ensure all GCG food-handling work areas remain in optimal condition, complying with quality standards: a. Ensure any tool/utensil used in food production is clean and disinfected before use by GCG staff. b. Ensure any equipment/machinery located in the production area meets the cleaning and disinfection conditions specified in GCG’s cleaning and disinfection program. c. Execute cleaning and disinfection processes and procedures in the production area, adhering to pre-established standards of quality, food safety, and occupational safety.
