Therefore, we seek a Baker passionate about pastry-making, committed to excellence and to creating products that convey happiness and well-being. **Purpose of the Position** To prepare bakery and pastry products in compliance with the company's established standards for quality, flavor, presentation, and food safety. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and produce bakery items (cakes, desserts, fillings, toppings, etc.). * Carry out mixing, baking, decorating, and final finishing processes. * Ensure adherence to standard recipes and technical specifications. * Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products. * Comply with hygiene, food handling, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. * Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining order in the work area. * Report any issues related to supplies, equipment, or processes. **Requirements** * Technical or practical training in baking, pastry-making, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of decoration techniques and operation of bakery equipment. * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **We Offer** **Direct contract with the company; work schedule is Monday through Saturday** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
