Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business, data science, and engineering to take AI models from conceptualization to production deployment, driving data-driven decision-making, intelligent automation, and continuous innovation. Also ensure backlog prioritization, hypothesis validation through experimentation, and continuous delivery of value using agile methodologies. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Systems, or related fields. Additional training or certifications in agile methodologies, data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital product management, or digital transformation are desirable. **Years of Experience** Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in banking, fintech, or related industries. Proven experience leading digital product initiatives and collaborating with data science, data engineering, and development teams under agile methodologies. **Technical Knowledge** * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Product backlog management and prioritization * Collaborative and project management tools: Jira, Figma, Miro * Digital analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics or others) * Fundamentals of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence * AI/ML model lifecycle: training, validation, deployment, and monitoring * MVP design and validation, and experimentation (A/B Testing) * Banking and financial ecosystem * Knowledge of Open Banking, APIs, and integrations * Management of data-driven digital products **Competencies and Skills** * Strategic thinking and customer orientation * Analytical ability and data-driven mindset * Results orientation and value generation * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Collaborative leadership and cross-functional influence * Negotiation skills and stakeholder management * Adaptability to change and resilience * Innovation and continuous improvement * Evidence-based decision-making * Initiative organization and prioritization * Teamwork and coordination of distributed teams * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * User experience and product focus * Proactivity and autonomy *Discover the future of banking with BBVA!
