Strong emphasis on leadership, assertive communication, and analytical thinking. **Job Description** We are seeking a senior professional with solid experience in Information Security, especially in Identity and Access Management (IAM), who combines advanced technical skills with soft skills such as leadership, assertive communication, and strategic thinking. This person will be instrumental in protecting the organization’s digital assets and actively participating in high-impact projects. **Ideal Profile** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum **4 years of experience** in Information Security roles, with focus on **IAM** and **Active Directory**. * Knowledge of **PASS security baselines**, risk management, regulatory compliance, and **payment security industry standards (PCI DSS)**. * Knowledge of **PASS security baselines**, risk management, and regulatory compliance. * Knowledge and experience in OWASP, Ethical Hacking, and Penetration Testing (Black-box, White-box, and Grey-box). * Knowledge and experience in SQL. * Experience in the **banking sector and fraud prevention** (mandatory).
