Job stability with possible indefinite-term contract A prominent company in the sector is currently seeking Collections Agents for delinquent portfolios for immediate hiring. Education: High school diploma, technical or technological degree Experience: 12 months in any type of portfolio—financial, automotive, mortgage—delinquent for over 365 days and beyond. Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation allowance of $250,000 + Extra-legal bonus + Uncapped commissions (you may earn up to 4 million COP or more), fully benefits-based + all statutory benefits. Benefits: - 42-hour workweek - Extra-legal mid-year bonus in December - Employee fund benefits for education, health, and financial support; raffles (motorcycles, televisions, stoves, trips, etc.) Work Location: North Branch (near TransMilenio Calle 100 station) and/or Central Branch (near TransMilenio Nieves station) Schedules: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–5:00 pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
