Key position in payroll and social security settlement At IGS, a multinational provider of assistance services and products (home, legal, medical, pet, funeral, automotive, among others), we are seeking a Junior Payroll Analyst. This position will be critical to ensuring accurate payroll and social security settlements for personnel, as well as third-party payments arising from applied deductions. · Main Responsibilities Prepare and ensure accurate biweekly payroll settlement. Consolidate and verify personnel updates. Generate payment orders (flat files) for contracted staff. Calculate and report on Social Security, including updates and corrections. Recover disability benefits from relevant entities. Reconcile presumed debts with social security entities. Prepare contract settlements promptly. Requirements Technical or technological degree in Accounting, or final-semester Accounting student. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll settlement processes. Experience managing payroll templates for over 500 employees. Knowledge of social security, statutory benefits, and shift settlements.
