Job Summary: Fuller Pinto S.A. is seeking a Lead Agent to manage prospects, ensure initial contact, organize information, and classify leads for the Direct Sales channel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manage leads generated by the company 2. Facilitate the conversion process and increase commercial effectiveness 3. Contribute to the growth of the Direct Sales channel Fuller Pinto S.A., a leading company in the mass consumer goods sector, is currently seeking a Lead Agent for its Direct Sales channel (catalog sales). The primary mission of this position is to ensure efficient and timely management of leads generated by the company, guaranteeing: • Initial contact with each prospect. • Downloading, organizing, and updating information. • Classifying and profiling leads according to their type and interest. In this way, the Lead Agent will facilitate the conversion process by delivering clear, structured, and relevant information to Zone Managers, thereby enhancing commercial effectiveness and contributing to the growth of the Direct Sales channel. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: • Technologist, professional, or final-semester student in Business Administration or related fields. Experience: • Minimum 1 year in related roles. Technical Skills: • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
